| Requirements: 250g Mushrooms (or 100g Carrots and 4 Spring Onions chopped), 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, 1.5L Water. Directions: Sprinkle contents of sachet into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring it to a boil while stirring with a whisk. Once the soup is boiling, add the mushrooms (or carrots and spring onions). Put the lid on the pan (do not close all the way) and let soup simmer for 10 minutes, with occasional stirring. Garnish with the fresh chives and serve. |
